AI Marketing Platform

AI marketing management built around your authorised Meta assets

With each client's authorisation, ZAF connects the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad campaigns, performance insights, messages and comments that the client chooses to make available. The platform brings them into one dashboard so the client's team can review results, manage customer enquiries, track leads and sales, schedule approved posts and receive AI marketing recommendations.

01

Connected with the client's authorisation

Each client connects and controls its own Meta business assets. An authorised user signs in through Meta, selects the Pages and Instagram accounts to connect, and grants the permissions required for the platform features it chooses to use. ZAF does not take ownership of those assets and uses the connected data only to deliver the service.

  • The client chooses which available business assets to connect
  • Access is limited to the permissions needed for enabled features
  • Private client data is not used for another client's service
  • Publishing and campaign actions remain subject to authorised client approval
02

One operational view of marketing and customer response

Campaign reporting becomes more useful when it sits beside the conversations and business outcomes it creates. ZAF organises performance insights, messages, comments, lead progress and sales data so a client's marketing and sales teams can work from the same picture.

  • Campaign and content insights across authorised Meta assets
  • Customer enquiries organised for response and follow-up
  • Advertising → enquiry → lead → quotation → sale attribution
  • Approved content planning and publishing workflow
03

Marketing intelligence with people in control

AI reviews the campaign, enquiry, lead and sales signals available to the client and proposes practical next steps. Recommendations explain the supporting evidence and remain decision support until an authorised person chooses to act.

  • Advertising: spend, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS
  • Lead quality: source, qualification rate, conversion by campaign
  • Sales: quotations, follow-ups, close rate, revenue
  • Profitability: acquisition cost, revenue, gross profit by campaign

AI Marketing Platform: frequently asked questions

What Meta data does ZAF access?

Only data covered by the permissions and business assets an authorised client user chooses to connect. Depending on enabled features, this may include Facebook Page and Instagram account information, published content, campaigns, performance insights, messages and comments. The Privacy Policy explains the categories and purposes in detail.

Who controls the connected Facebook and Instagram assets?

The client does. Clients retain ownership of their Meta assets, choose what to connect and control their users and roles through Meta. ZAF uses connected data only to provide the service and keeps publishing or campaign actions subject to the client's authorised users and approval settings.

What is the difference between Meta Pixel and Conversions API?

The Pixel sends events from the visitor's browser; the Conversions API sends them from your server. Browser events can be blocked by ad blockers, privacy settings and connectivity issues. Using both, with a shared event ID for deduplication, gives Meta a more complete and accurate signal without double counting.

What is marketing attribution and why does it matter?

Attribution links each lead and sale to the marketing activity that produced it. Without it, you know how many leads came in but not which campaigns produced customers. With it, you can move budget towards campaigns that generate revenue and cut the ones that only generate clicks.

Do you manage ad campaigns as well?

ZAF provides the management workspace, connected data and AI-assisted recommendations. A client's authorised team remains in control of campaign decisions, approvals and connected assets. Managed execution can be scoped separately where required.

Are you an official Meta partner?

We implement Meta technologies such as the Pixel, Conversions API and Marketing API as an independent engineering provider using Meta's published developer platforms. We do not claim partner, business partner or tech provider status unless it has been verified and can be displayed.

Can attribution work with WhatsApp leads?

Yes. We build tracked WhatsApp entry points that preserve campaign attribution, record a Contact event, and link the conversation to the lead in your CRM so WhatsApp-driven sales are attributed correctly.

Which CRM systems can you integrate for attribution?

Any CRM with an API, and custom CRMs we build. The key requirement is that leads carry their attribution fields into the CRM and that sales outcomes can be read back for reporting.
